Yes. The Y offers a variety of full-time and part-time positions across all departments. Our Summer Camp and After School programs offer seasonal job opportunities.
All YMCA staff receive CPR/AED certification, First Aid certification, and child abuse prevention training. These certifications and trainings are provided at no cost. All staff must complete the YMCA's New Employee Orientation, which provides an overview of the Missoula YMCA's history, work, and mission.
Staff also receive job-specific training, which varies depending on roles and responsibilities.
All Y staff receive free YMCA memberships, staff rates on programs, and voluntary 403B retirement savings. Full-time staff benefits include insurance options (health, vision, and dental), as well as paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
