Class Offerings

LeShawn, I don't love the look of how this page is currently set up. What I'd like to do is see if we can get the new app schedule to show just cardio classes and embed it into this website. TBD.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Minimal equipment, maximum cardio and calorie burn.

Sound Strength

A low-impact, full-body body strength workout to fun music that uses resistance bands, loops and small exercise balls to crank up the burn. Bring your mat, sweat towel, and water bottle!

Zumba®

Mixing low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Positive & Fun Environment

Our dance classes are open to all ages and abilities! Dance classes are occasionally taught in darkened studio rooms with fun lighting. 

Onsite Child Care

Our Child Watch Center provides drop-in child care at no cost while you workout! Children must have an active YMCA membership or facility pass. 

Get Ready to Workout!

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing and bringing a water bottle. Close-toed shoes are required for all cardio classes.
