Flag Football Clinic - Grades 1-3

The Missoula YMCA's Flag Football Clinic introduces young players to the fundamentals of football through drills and non-contact scrimmages. This clinic is offered annually in September and October, and each session consists of eight 60-minute clinics.

Taekwondo - Ages 6-12

In addition to teaching balance, coordination, strength, basic blocks, strikes, kicks, and self-defense, this class will provide you with the foundational life skills of martial artists. Utilizing the tenets of Taekwondo, students will learn courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. This clinic is offered annually and consists of eight 60-minute clinics. 

This clinic is led by Championship Training Taekwondo in partnership with the Missoula Family YMCA.

Our volleyball program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of volleyball through drills and scrimmages! Players will learn the basics of passing, setting, hitting, serving, and game concepts. This clinic is offered annually in April and consists of eight 60-minute sessions. Knee pads and gym shoes are required.

No. YMCA Youth Sports programs are open to anyone. 

Children should come wearing clothes they can run and move comfortably in. Close-toed shoes are required. Equipment is provided.
