Our six-week co-ed basketball league is open to adults ages 18+. Games are 5v5, and each game will have YMCA referees and scorekeepers present. Games consist of four quarters, each lasting ten minutes.
The season ends with a tournament. All players must play a minimum of two regular season games to be eligible to play in the tournament.

Our 2026 Adult Basketball League runs April 22-June 3. Games are held on Wednesdays.
Registration:
Participants must register individually. During registration, you will be asked to provide your team or captain's name. Don't have a team? Register or our free agent list to be connected with other players looking for teammates.
Cost:
$500 per team

40-Minute Games
Games are consist of four quarters, each lasting 10 minutes.
6-Week Season
Our league runs for six weeks and culminates in a end-of-season tournament.

Shirts, pants/shorts, and non-marking close-toed shoes are required in the gym at all times.
No. YMCA Adult Basketball League is open to any adult age 18+.
All games will have referees and monitors present. Referees and monitors are YMCA staff and/or volunteers.
Games consist of four quarters, reach lasting 10 minutes. The winning team is the team with the most points at the end of the game. In the event of a tie, the next team to score will win the game.
All teams are eligible to participate in the end-of-season tournament. However, each player must play at least two regular season games to be eligible to play in the tournament.
We accept a maximum of 16 teams per season. Teams can be co-ed and there is no limit to the number of players on a team. Team registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anyone age 18+ can sign up. Each participant will register individually without a registration fee. They will need to know their Team Name or Team Captain's name and enter it during registration. The Team Fee must be paid prior to the player meeting.
