Class Offerings

LeShawn, I don't love the look of how this page is currently set up. What I'd like to do is see if we can get the new app schedule to show just water fitness classes and embed it into this website. TBD. 

Classes are subject to change. Below is a sample of Water Fitness classes that we offer.

Aqua HIIT

Enjoy a combination of cardio and strength training intervals from moderate to high intensity. This class takes place in the shallow end of the pool.

Aqua Intervals

This class incorporates timed intervals of varied intensity followed by recovery periods. Segments of cardio, strength, core, power, agility, and balance will help you meet your fitness goals. Class days alternate between the shallow and deep end. Check the schedule for class location.

Water Aerobics

An up-tempo shallow water workout that challenges your strength, core, endurance, and flexibility.

Equipment Provided

Water fitness classes sometimes use equipment such as aqua belts and aqua dumbbells. All equipment is provided. 

Onsite Child Care

Our Child Watch Center provides drop-in child care at no cost while you workout! Children must have an active YMCA membership or facility pass. 

Get Ready to Workout!

Proper swimwear is required. Click the link below for a list of acceptable swimwear. Please shower in the locker room or deck showers prior to entering the pool.
