Group Fitness Classes FAQs
No. All YMCA group fitness classes are included with your YMCA membership. They are also included with a day, month, guest, or punch pass. No class registration is required—simply find the class that works for you and show up!
We recommend arriving to class at least five minutes before the start time.
If you plan to utilize our drop-in Child Watch Center, we recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before your class time. This allows you time to check your child into our drop-in child care center and make your way to class.
All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle! Equipment is provided, although you are welcome to bring your own bands and yoga mats.
Appropriate workout attire depends on your class.
